Hello

Hi, I'm Misty. I am a mom to 4 great kiddos.  My full story is too long to post here.  What you might want to know is that from a young age I realized I was wired for growth. As a true fire element (Pitta) I am here to be a torch of transmutation and inspiration for myself and others.  I have also discovered one of my life purposes is to create community. I have found so many tools that have changed my life and other's lives.  If you've found your way here, I trust it's for a reason.  

I offer a variety of healing modalities from yoga classes  (Private or Public group classes), a DEEP DIVE 8 week Inner Alignment Healing Program, to Retreats, Workshops, Events and more.
